This app is great but for some reason I have lost all of my pics and vids (thumbs down)

I lost videos and fotos after almost two years of accumulating memories now they are gone! I am furious!!

Great app does the job

Had this app for awhile and it was good, it suddenly disappeared from my phone and when I downloaded it again, my pictures are gone! Tried syncing it from an old back up and its still gone. I contacted by email twice but no response and its been almost 2 months!

I had the free version and it literally disappeared from my phone taking with it all of my stuff. No record of it anywhere and Ive emailed over and over and gotten no response.

Had this app for years. Just noticed that it wasnt on my phone anymore so I downloaded it to see if the pics would show up. VERY sad to say I lost all my pictures. Would love to recover them if possible as I had the best collection of tinder loser screenshots. Some guy photoshopped his face on Rose from the Titanic. Now Ill never get to laugh again. Thanks Obama.

For some reason all photos and videos are gone?

When I try to upload videos, it only uploads one. Please fix. I love this app.

Had this before but it was free, bought it and it is great so far.

The older version was better. This newer one crashes. Doesnt let you add anything. Total waste of money.

Great organization (photos vs. video) with ease of transfer to hard drive.

Excellent storage space & easy to use.

I recommend this app to everyone. A little difficult to use at first due to no instructions but once you figure it out, its a good app. I only wish it would move all my items from my old I4 to my new I6S+. Currently I have to email everything from one phone to the other & its a major pain. If someone knows an easier way please let me know, thanks in advance.

This app works as advertised Ive had it for several years now and its one of the few apps which WORK as advertised and have never had any issues with it !
